Areas with more nerves or thinner skin (like ribs or feet) typically feel more intense than meatier areas like the thigh or forearm. Our artists work at a comfortable pace to ensure you feel in control throughout the session and are able to take breaks when needed.

Healing times vary significantly by placement as well as client lifestyle and immune system.
A standard earlobe piercing can generally heal in 4 months, while cartilage piercings can take 6–12 months.

We provide a detailed verbal and written aftercare guide tailored to your specific piercing to ensure you have the best chance at a smooth, irritation-free recovery.

We exclusively use implant-grade internally threaded and threadless titanium (ASTM F-136) for all piercings and jewellery changes as well as solid 14kt gold options.

Unlike low quality materials which can contain trace amounts of nickel that trigger allergic reactions, implant-grade titanium and gold is hypoallergenic and biocompatible, making it the gold standard for promoting faster, cleaner healing.

Preparing for your tattoo appointment helps ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Here’s what you can do:

1. Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment to keep your skin in good condition.

2. Get Plenty of Rest: Make sure you’re well-rested the night before.

3. Eat a Good Meal: Have a meal before your appointment to maintain your energy levels.

4. Avoid Alcohol and Blood Thinners: Do not drink alcohol or take aspirin/ibuprofen 24 - 48 hours before your session, as they can thin the blood.

5. Wear Comfortable Clothing: Choose comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being tattooed and will be comfortable on the tattoo afterwords. Dark clothing is recommended, keep in mind that we are working with permanent inks.

6. Bring Essentials: Bring a valid photo ID, any references for your design, and a form of payment.

7. Avoid Sunburn or Damage: Keep the area to be tattooed free of sunburns, cuts, or irritation.

8. Pack for Comfort: For longer sessions, bring a snack or something to keep you entertained (e.g., headphones or a book). You are also welcome to bring any comfort items like fidget toys or soft toys.

If you have any specific concerns or medical conditions, let us know before your appointment so we can accommodate you. Proper preparation helps you get the best results!

We love inspiration! You are welcome to bring reference photos to help us understand your aesthetic. However, our artists prefer to create custom designs based on those references to ensure your tattoo is unique and fits your anatomy perfectly.

We don’t "copy-paste" other artists' work, but we can definitely use it as a starting point for your own custom piece.

Safety and proper anatomical development are our top priorities. We do not pierce infants. We offer lobe piercings for children starting at age 8+. For other standard body and ear piercings, we start from age 13+,

Certain piercings are age-restricted due to the complexity of the procedure and the healing requirements:

• 13+: Helix, Nostril, Navel

• 16+: Cartilage and facial piercings.

• 18+: Nipple, Surface, Dermals and Dahlias.

Please note: We may ask for valid identification (such as a passport or birth certificate) for all minors, and a parent or legal guardian must be present to sign the consent forms.

The "less is more" approach is best. We recommend using a sterile saline solution spray (like NeilMed) twice a day.

Avoid turning or twisting the jewellery, as this introduces bacteria and causes micro-trauma to the healing tissue. We’ll explain to you exactly how to care for your piercings during your appointment.

Ear curations or Ear styling is the process of designing a cohesive, layered look for your ears. Instead of getting one piercing at a time with jewellery that ends up not being cohesive, we look at your unique ear anatomy to plan multiple placements that complement each other.
